We're thrilled to announce a significant milestone achieved by BCT Services (South) Ltd, a leading groundwork and civil engineering company based near Southampton, Hampshire. Their commitment to excellence and dedication to upskilling their workforce shines brightly!

Construction Skills People proudly facilitated the enrolment of 14 self-employed individuals from BCT Services (South) Ltd into the groundbreaking Skills for Life 'Skills Bootcamp in Civil Engineering and Groundworks' programme. This initiative focuses on enhancing their expertise to safely operate Forward Tipping Dumpers on-site while ensuring they possess the essential CSCS/CPCS Cards required for their roles.

BCT Services (South) Ltd has been instrumental in both residential and commercial projects across the South Coast & Home counties. This endeavour demonstrates their unwavering commitment to the continuous development and safety standards within the construction industry.

A huge congratulations to the 14 attendees, with 13 embarking on the L2 CONOPS and 1 participant undertaking the L2 Plant Ops! Your dedication to enhancing skills and fostering a safer work environment is truly commendable.
